There is an advanced setting in Windows Regional Settings that can affect the position of the printing on specifications. From Regional Settings, click on the Advanced tab and there is a 'unicode' setting that can be set to English-US, English-Canada, etc. If you change this setting, specifications written on a machine that had another setting can be mis-aligned. We believe this to be a difference between 'inches and centimeters' where an internal number is stored without units.
So the solution would be to change this setting to what is appropriate, but note that if you have some printing too far to the left and others too far to the right, some may need to be re-done.
