Suddenly, we can't post new notes to our A/R customers .... we can go in an modify/update an existing note, but when trying to add a new note(in the bottom portion with the date stamp), we get:
"Error 4102 occurred when attempting to append record to Customer Notes Header." When we press "OK" to continue, we get:
"Unable to save note. A note with this date/time already exists. Change date or time (for example, add 1 minute to time) and click OK to save or click cancel to discard the note."
Happens whther a customer with no notes or with many notes. Tried different dates/times. Tried many customers. Ran data integrity check. Running version 8.0A (051124).
