Hi Andrew,
Now I am worried.
I don't understand how I could have installed an evaluation version. I linked on the download specified in the e-mail received Oct 19. The file I downloaded from the website was AP6P20050929.EXE. I installed this and then applied the Service Pack APSPP20051122.EXE. We have done work using the upgraded system since then and I don't know what impact a reinstall might have. And, would I reinstall from the file I downloaded, or is the file I downloaded the wrong one. The upgrade installation and service pack installation did require and did complete using the verfication codes and passwords provided. At initial signin, after the installation, I was prompted to convert my data, which I did.
I did check the website for evaluation software and it appeared that I would have been required to submit information and receive a special e-mail before I could have downloaded evaluation software.
I am not comfortable doing a reinstall without knowing what file I should be using and the potential impact(s) on my production system. Is there any other explanation for these options being greyed out ? Are there other functions that we could check to confirm that it is the evaluation version that I am using ?
Sorry to be a pest, but experience is a great paranoia enhancer, so I tend to be cautious.
