We have yet to roll out our Adagio Accounting software. Our concern is that it cannot be integrated with CRM software.

What CRM software works with Adagio such that we do not have to duplicate inputs of customer information etc?

I am not familiar with CRM software - your Dealer, Westboro Electronics ( accpac@rogers.com ) should be able to help you with this more specifically.

Generally speaking, most Adagio modules do have import functionality that would enable you to get transactions from another application into Adagio. The Adagio modules and their import/export options are:

Adagio Receivables
Import: Customers, Invoices, Cash Batches.
Export: Customers.

Adagio Payables
Import: Vendors.
Export: Vendors.

Adagio Ledger*
Import: Accounts, Batches.
Export: Accounts.

Adagio Invoices
Import: Items, Invoices.
Export: Items, Invoices.

Adagio Inventory
Import: Items, Shipments.
Export: Items.

Adagio OrderEntry
Import: Ship To Addresses, Orders
Export: Ship To Addresses

*Where Adagio Ledger is concerned, if CRM Software creates batches that can be retrieved into ACCPAC Plus G/L, then you would be able to retrieve these subledger batches into Adagio Ledger as well, so there would be no need to use the import function for this.

Direct (seamless) 'integration' between Adagio and CRM is not likely, however, consulting with your Dealer on how best to develop accounting procedures to streamline the work necessary would be recommended.

Softrak's Adagio Opportunity Conference is next week, and SalesCentrix, LynXSoft and Plus International will be showing web based CRM products that integrate with Adagio. Also, any CRM package that integrates with ACCPAC Plus should integrate properly as well. This includes Contact Master, which Don mentioned.
