In Adagio Order Entry, client cannot print
the order action report.

It gives an error: ??Error floating point overflow occurred when attempting to read next record in OE order detail??

Would appreciate any advice

Thanks

Hi Lawrence

Have they tried doing a DIC in OE? I would recommend doing one - if it finds errors, use the Rebuild option to see if it can fix them, then run the DIC again to be sure. Repeat the procedure if necessary. Depending on the version/release they are using of OE, this should fix the problem.

Are they using Adagio IC as well? If so, do a DIC procedure there as well, as the problem could be actually with the IC Item entered in the OE Details, rather than an actual problem in OE data.

There have been a few ptf's released since OE's first release. Ensure they are up to date on both OE and IC if they are not using the current one.

If this does not help, please let us know. Since you are a Softrak Business Partner, you can call Tech Support directly for further assistance and suggestions.

Regards,
