I am doing my year end and I need to print the Vendor Statistics for one supplier, however, I can only see where I can view the statistics in the Vendor List. Isn't there some way I can print this information?

Hi Diane,

From the Reports menu and the 'Transactions and Analysis Reports' group of reports, select the Vendor List report. You can select whatever information you want to print for the vendor, including the MTD, YTD. LY and activity statistics. Just click the checkboxes of the information you need.

In reports > transaction and analysis reports > Vendor List you can choose to add the statistics and select all vendors or a specific range. Is this what you're looking for?

Thanks everyone. I was stuck on the Transaction & Anaysis report and just could not make it do what I wanted!! Right under my eyes!! Appreciate all the help.

Funny, under Receivables | Edit Customers or Inquiry Customers, there is a Print button which does exactly what Diane wants. Why isn't there such a button in Payables?
