I just upgraded my Order Entry to v8.1A and now have problems accessing my email queue. I can print invoices to the queue to "email later" but when I click on Fax/Email everything about emails is light gray & I can't get to them. Also I am unable to edit my email coversheets since the upgrade. Unitl this is fixed I am able to go into Invoice History & reprint the invoices to "email now" & they do go through; however, this is a time consuming way of doing this. Please Help!
If a menu choice is "dimmed" in Adagio, it usually means that your security settings do not permit you to select that action. The security settings are under File | Group setup.
