Hi Ryan,
In cell B1, right-click in the cell and choose 'Make .ShowAccounts'. Or simply type .ShowAccounts in cell B1. This allows column B to be unhidden when printing or exporting financial statements with the SmartSheet property.
If you prefer the accounts (and departments if desired) to print with a different format that what is presented in Column B, simply insert a new column C (between Column B and the account description column) and follow Ralph's suggestion above.
Indeed otherwise, columns A and B are always hidden. There are no properties to unhide column A of a SmartSheet, nor would you want to do this.
