I have come across an issue with importing invoices in Adagio receivables in .csv format.

I have tried several different settings and made several modifications to the original spreadsheet which I am trying to import, however I keep on receiving the error message "Cannot open [the file]"

Here is the data I am trying to import:
I PATAND RU0053219-02 IN 70801 C.O.D. WB 70801 70801 James & Joanne Finlay
D 2190 -10

(Sorry it has lost the cells)

I am in somewhat urgent need to have this imported; I have verified the ability to import files in the same format, files from the server location, and the actual format of the .csv document in Excel by successfully importing and analyzing previous .csv files which were imported.

Any input would be much appreciated.

Make sure you do not have the file opened in Excel. The message you are getting could be caused by some other application having the file opened in a way that does not allow Adagio to open the file.
