This error often happens because the version of the program is out of synch with the report or the sometimes report table. This could be due to the install not being able to put in the correct files, or perhaps a modified version of the report is in use (and not updated, of course).
First, try re-installing the Adagio Invoices upgrade - from a workstation to the server, and not at the server itself.
Second, what are the file dates of the 3 posting journal reports in \softrak\qiwin\StandardRP? The names are QIPCUST.rpt, QIPDATE.rpt and QIPDOC.rpt. All 3 should be Mar 12, 2007. If they are older, you should re-install. If they are more recent, then the program likely has been installed incorrectly (eg directly at the server) and should be un-installed and then re-installed.
Third, what is the file date of the file QIWIN.exe in \softrak\qiwin? It should be July 26, 2007 if you have the 8.1A hot fix installed, or in June 2007 without the hot fix.
Lastly, do you have a \softrak\qiwi\ModRP folder? If so, you may be using a custom modified version of a report that is no longer valid. If you have this folder and any of the 3 report files listed above, you may need to re-do the customized modifications and save the changes to the ModRP.
What is the environment that your company runs Adagio? A dedicated server with workstations? A Peer-peer install? Terminal services? This could be important.
You may need to get in contact with your Adagio consultant if none of the above helps solve the problem.
