Will Adagio support & run on a Winows 2003 enterprise 64 bit terminal server?

We have Adagio running fine in-house on a 64-bit Windows platform and processor, and on Windows Terminal Server. However, we have not specifically tested the hardware/software platform you are asking about. Off the top of my head, I cannot think of an issue that would cause a problem.
