I am running Adagio Ledger 8.0D(060512)and am attempting to create a departmental mask. I have opened financial reporter from the maintenance menu, selected "View" and then "Departments" so that the Departmental view box appears. When I right click in the departmental view box, two choices appear in the resulting pop-up menu:
1 Set Order
2 Edit User Departmental Restrictions
When I read the help menu under "Departmental Masks", it tells me that one of the choices should have been "Create Departmental Mask". This is definitely not on the list. Where am I going wrong?

Try clicking on one of the Department codes first (so that it is highlighted) and then right-click. You should see Create Department Mask appear on the menu now.
