I have a question about retrieving files from Checks into Bank Rec. For some reason, some of the clients, when a check is being posted in Checks, come up with a prompt asking if you want to post the entry to bank rec, while other clients don't come up with that entry. I tired cutting a dummy check in Checks for one client and posted it, but I didnt receive the prompt, and when I went into Bank Rec to retrieve the transaction it said there is nothing to retrieve. It doesn't happen with all the clients who have the checks interface turned on, only some of them. Is this a problem with the way I set up the company profile, or is this a bug in the software? Thanks.

What version of Adagio BankRec are you using? We did find an issue with the integration of Checks, and it may not be a problem with how you are doing things.

Make sure that not only is the Adagio Checks integration enabled in the Company Profile within BankRec, but also edit the bank in BankRec to make sure it is set with a specific bank code from Adagio Checks.

yeah everything with the bank info was set up correctly in Bank Rec, I actually just found out that there is a patch that should be coming out within the next few months that should fix this problem...thanks for the help though!
