I installed A/R 8.0b and some of the help files are missing, also the calac button can not find the file it needs?

"some of the help files" - did you make a note of which one(s)? The .HLP files are installed in \SOFTRAK\CRWIN - you should be able to browse to them. They are always installed. Also, the "CALC" button is looking for the Windows Calculator accessory. Can you launch that from your Start | Programs | Accessories path?

The Hlp file im looking for is QCWDESGN I searched my H-D & did not find it, also the calc file is located in C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\dllcache. any ideas? thanks.....Dale

QCWDESGN.hlp is the help file for the QuikCheck designer. Is that what you are looking for (not AR)?

Do you have a QCWIN folder on your PC?

Places you can get the file:
-Do you have QuikCheck installed on another PC? Look in QCWIN folder.
-Reinstall from CD but be certain to install Service Packs afterwards.
-Someone could e-mail you the file. What version are you using?
