Is there a way that I can import my AP aged retainage report into a cheque batch so that I don't have to manually enter each individual transaction in order to release my holdbacks? I have about 13 pages of holdbacks that are due to be released and I really don't feel like entering them line-by-line.

Hello Jean B,

Before you can pay off the retainage, you have to invoice it to move it out of retainage.

You can import invoices for retainage details but creating the import file may take some time.

If you decide to import the invoices:
Importing Invoices is described in the Help file under Import and Export Format Notes, Importing Invoices.

You can define a simple import template for invoices with a minimum of fields. See the section: Invoice Requirements & Notes.
