Hi, can you tell me what causes Transaction History file error?
I have 427,171 errors found last night. Data Repair has fixed the errors.

The most common source of such a large number of errors is deleting items for which history records exist.

A damaged index will also cause a large number of errors. The rebuild function fixes the problem. You should run the integrity check again to make sure that the dataset is "clean" before working with it again.

Having a problem like this may occur due to bad power, operator error, a bad network card or network router. A single occurrance can be written off to "act of Windows". Multiple frequent occurrances point to a hardware problem.

I have run another integrity check last night. Same file error happen again. No, we didn't delete any inventory item lately.
Now is it ok to continue daily data processing until the problem is identified? Would you suggest something we should do in the meantime? Our Adagio consultant is too busy for us lately. Thanks.

Is it one file or a set of files that have the problem?

After you rebuild the indexes, does the integrity check pass clean?

Hi Andrew.
I didn?t run integrity check again right away after the first run. It?s impossible to run integrity check in the working hours for so many users accessing Plus or Adagio.
