Salesperson" not found on invoice Unable to process dayend. Deleted order and credited invoice and still cannot dayend.

1. Run Data Integrity Check and do what it says.

2. Why didn't you just add the salesperson code?

Already ran the integrity check nothing happened.
Tried to add the salesperson code after the fact but cannot make any changes to the invoice.

We will contact M&G right away.

There is a workaround. Basically in an OE template (Maintenance | Define OE Entry Template) and within Group Security (File | Group Setup), make sure that on the Customer tab if you have Salesperson, Enter on New, you have also clicked on the Finder field and specified a particular salesperson. This will prevent a Salesperson field from being left 'blank' as it is a required field in OE.
