At the year end, we would like to delete vendors that haven't had activity in the past 5 years. We can't seem to find this option.

Sorry, there is no 'Delete Inactive Vendors' function in Adagio Payables. It is on our suggestion list for a future release.

You can delete vendors with no history and no balance individually. Use the SmartFinder to create a list of all the vendors with no invoices invoices since January 2002 (you will need to add the last invoice date to the SmartFinder grid).
