We are having an ongoing issue with items showing up as data integrity errors. When we put a purchase order in for an item which has not been ordered for awhile, and then run data integrity checks, we get errors, which say: "Quantity on PO is 0.00, but should be (amount on PO)." This is happening on a continual basis, I thought it was going to be "fixed" on the last upgrade, but we are still having this issue.

Please advise if there is something we can do short of running data integrity checks every time a purchase order is entered using items that have not been ordered in the past six months.

Hi,
This type of error used to be reported in isolated situations but to our understanding was resolved with a service pack many months ago. We are not aware that this is still a problem.
The current version of POA is 2.1 Nov 3 2006. If you are not current, please contact your dealer or we can assist to install this latest service pack.
I would like to either connect remotely to look at your configuration or to get a copy of your data. What version of IC are you using as well.

It would be really nice if the dealers got some sort of notice about service pack releases. Unfortunately I don't have a crystal ball.

We are using Inventory 8.0B and Purple 2.1

From what I understand, this means we should not be having these integrity errors cropping up, but they are, and pretty much constantly. As I mentioned, only with items that have not been ordered within the past six months.
