I made mistake by closing oct month end using november in order entry module. How can i revise this problem and change months so they are current?

ugent! Help! I coudn't close Nov. now.. since the system automatically forward to close as Dec.!

Since there is no month-end close in Order Entry, I'm not sure you are explaining the situation correctly.

Are you talking about Inventory Control period end? If so, what version of Adagio IC are you using, 8.0B or an earlier version.

Otherwise, please be more descriptive when you say "closing oct month end". Include version numbers whenever possible.

The solution I am about to mention involves obsolete software and is not available for version 8.0B or any higher version. However, you may be in luck.

There is an add-on program to ACCPAC Plus called EIS Inventory Tools which includes a function to "Recalculate I/C sales history" figures. This is exactly what you want to do, and it works on Adagio IC data too (up to version 8.0A). It is fairly straightforward, the only condition for it working is that you must have an unpurged IC history file (try previewing the IC Transaction History report and see how far back it goes).

Of course, you probably don't own EIS Inventory Tools.
