At the end of each year I have always printed out labels for in-house manila folders with each customer's name, customer number, address, phone on form-feed labels using AccPac.

This is our first year using Adagio and I can't figure out how to print the labels using Adagio. Are there are any specifications already set up for printing a complete mailing list of all customers using standard Avery laser Labels.

Hi Ken,

There is no 'customer label printing' function in Adagio, unless you were to use a Letter specification and print one label per page.

A much better way is to create an Export Customers template with all the necessary information, and export the customer list to an Excel spreadsheet. Then you can use Word and do a mail merge document, based on an Avery Labels layout.

The Word document can be saved, as can the Export template. So the process in following years would be to simply open the Export template and export customers, then generate the Mail Merge from Word.
