Can you refresh my memory on how to put a header on the second page of the financial statements?

There is a header/footer section under the File menu, but if you are trying to get rows in the sheet repeated in subsequent pages then select the rows you want and choose Format | Rows | Freeze.

The menu choice is greyed out and inactive if you haven't selected any rows, or if rows are already frozen (where you need to select Unfreeze to reset this).

Thanks it worked. However when I try to freeze row six for the header it jumps to top of page, inserts a row and puts it in above the header.

It's different than Excel. Instead of selecting only the sixth row, you need to select rows 1 to 6, then do the Freeze Rows. The Financial Reporter only freezes the selected rows.
