Has anyone figured out a workaround to get Adagio to work without administrator privileges? I still think it's unacceptable that companies still develop software that REQUIRES admin rights--poses way too many security risks.

Hello Keith,

A user needs to have ?Admin? rights to the Softrak directories, the QRASP directory and the data directory on the network.

On the local station when security is really tight, you will need to assign the Domain User Full Control to the following:

Registry:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Softrak Systems HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Softrak Systems

Folders:
C:\windows\system32

Files:
C:\windows\spell.ini
C:\windows\win.ini

Great! Thanks for the info. The last time I inquired about this, tech support told me that there was no way around it.
