Hi,

I have created a new workspace based on the GridView Webinar I saw on Tuesday. When it was first created everything was working properly. But since I have added it to the list of views that can be accessed from AR, the FILTER'S drop down shows 3 blank spaces where the filter name should show.

I have attached two images below to show you. The first one shows the 3 filters that exist and the second image shows the drop down at the top but it is empty... Actually it is not empty. I can click where the blank space is and it performs the filtering but I have no way to know which one I clicked...


What could be causing this???

Hi Dawm,

I've never seen this before. As the named filter list is completely contained within the GV file, there isn't anything to look at in regards to data files.

What happens if you create a new filter?
Does the problem occur if you load the view from Gridview, not the Inquiries menu? (an easy way to load Gridview is from the Adagio menu).
