I am setting up my financial reports and have a sheet for each of the following: Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statement. On the cash flow sheet, I want to calculate a formula that will take two numbers off of the Balance Sheet, sheet without having to reference the General Ledger numbers. I know this can be done in excel, can I do it in Fx? If so, please can you give provide me with a formula.

If the Balanace Sheet and cashflow are in the same workbook, then you can use the "QUERYSHEET()" formula to pick up the numbers from the other worksheet. By why don't you want to pick up the numbers again from the general ledger? That might well be simpler.
