There is a known sitiation with installation of an Adagio Invoices service pack and updating particular system files. Depending on versions previously existing, in some cases that problem would occur that you are reporting.
To solve this, edit the \softrak\qiwin\qiwin.ini file with Notepad. Look for a section [Master Install Status]. Within this section, you will find a line: QRSection=QIW10 and it should have been updated to QRSection=QIB80
(do this manually and save).
This has been identified and the next Adagio Invoices service pack will not have the same installation problem.
