Hi Craig,

The issue you are running into is a combination of the item number not being the maximum number of characters and the item format being multi-segmented. I was able to duplicate what you have if a portion if the first segment has leading blanks. If the entire first segment of the item number is blank, that item code is read into Quik Link correctly.

The #keyvalerr# is returned by Quik Link if the program cannot recognize the 'key' in the formula; in this case the Item Code. This is something that exists is the current shipping version of Quik Link and will have to be addressed by Development.

Hi Craig,

I wish it were otherwise, but the solution is that we have to try to fix how Quik Link interprets the item code with the leading space. IC formats its item codes differently when all characters are not used, depending if the item has one segment or multiple segments. You are not doing anything wrong, and I couldn't find a workaround in the meantime.

I'm glad that you've been happy with Quik Link thus far, and we'll try to address this as soon as we can.
