We have made no changes nor installed any new upgrades or service pack. Since yesterday we are unable to retrieve the OE data to Sales Analysis. I can scan but not retrieve. Do you have any idea why this is so?
The person who runs the day end has been doing it for two months now. They assured me that they had done everything as normal. The problem only occurred on Thursday for the 23rd transactions. Due to the fact that the person was accustomed to doing it I assumed we had a problem. After the post I reran the day end and realised the list had not been cleared.
Everything is fine and the error was pointed out to the employee.
I'm glad everything is OK. Just a note that it was not necessary to re-run the entire dayend. There is a separate menu choice to print/purge the audit lists. That choice would have worked as well.
