If you have trouble accessing help in Job Cost, note advice from Tech Support:

"Microsoft introduced a patch in Windows that blocks .chm files being used across a network. Most Adagio files are .hlp, but any of the new format .chm must be run locally. Therefore, until Microsoft changes how .chm files can be seen over a network, you will have to copy the .chm files from the softrak directory on the server and place them on the workstation. You could create a desktop icon for the .chm files for easier use."
