I was looking up an inventory item as my qty seemed wrong. When I clicked on Quantities for the item, It shows 0 On Hand - 0 On PO - 2 on S/O. But I have tried to find the sales order that these items may be on with no luck. Is there another place I can look to find a reference for the S/O these are on?

Hi Diane,

Assuming data integrity is clean, you could run the Order Action report to find which order(s) contain a particular item. The only fields you need are Order Number and Item Number, though you could include Qty Ordered as well.

The problem could also be an integrity error in this field, where it should be zero insetead of 2.
