Hello Sheldon,

Are you trying to use another EFT provider? TelPay does not require you to provide the recipients banking details - they'll look them up for you. Their format is different than a banks export format. Also, Adagio Payables launches TelPay's transaction upload program during the cheque run. I'm not sure that just having the export file would work for you.

To take a look, use the Adagio Payables V8.0A Sample data and do an EFT run.
