From the time entered into Time & Billing module - I was trying to print a report (either that already exists or with gridview) that has the staff member, date, non-billable category, time (this I alreadyy have) and description (the detail that the time keeper can add to the entry for a description of what they did) - this is what I cannot fine.

Is this data element able to be accessed in a report that already exists or can it be brought into a report through gridview and where or how can I do it.

This is almost certainly doable using GridView.
