I have a strange situation that I haven't run into before. When the client prints a 'Cash' cheque, everything is aligned correctly. However, using the same cheque spec, when the client prints a cheque for outstanding vendor (Type = Payment), the cheque prints out of alignment. Any suggestions as to why this is happening? ALSO, this particular cheque spec is based on one that I have been using for years, but has slight modifications to accomodate this particular client's cheque format.

What particularly is out of alignment? Does the entire check print too high/low/right/left, or is spacing different, or something else?

The only difference between printing payments and cash invoices is that a different advice detail section exists on the spec. Make sure the Advice Detail and Advice Detail Cash sections have the exact same height.

Can you tell if the alignment is off on the print preview as well as the printed form?
Does a sample spec exhibit the same problems?

Thanks for the heads up ont he section heights - I'll check that when I'm on site tomorrow. The difference is the height changes. Right / left alignment is no problem so I suspect it is relating to the detail sections for both Advices.
