What particularly is out of alignment? Does the entire check print too high/low/right/left, or is spacing different, or something else?
The only difference between printing payments and cash invoices is that a different advice detail section exists on the spec. Make sure the Advice Detail and Advice Detail Cash sections have the exact same height.
Can you tell if the alignment is off on the print preview as well as the printed form?
Does a sample spec exhibit the same problems?
