Does this workstation have access/rights to drive F:? If so, make sure the properties of the crsupport.dll file in not "read-only" or otherwise restricted. In fact, all the files in the QRW program directory should have only the 'archive' attribute, if any, checked.
Can other workstations run QRWIN successfully? If so, you may want to try redoing the workstation setup for this station, logged onto the workstation as the user of that workstation. If still not successful, you could also then reinstall QRWIN onto the Server from this workstation, again logged in as that user (making sure they have full rights to install software, even if you have to change this restriction, and change it back again after the install is complete).
Another note - if wanting to use QRWIN multi-user, you need a QRWIN Lanpak for the appropriate number of users. This is available from us.
