Ok. The crsupprt.dll is the help menu DLL. It handles registration and the 'about' box.

It is strange that all the other workstations are fine, as this file is on the network, in the QRWIN program directory. Does this workstation have QRWIN installed on it's local hard-drive (ie the whole program - not just the workstation files)?

Please check for a C:\QRW directory. If one exists, remove it, then try again. If you have a desktop icon for accessing QRW from this workstation, delete it and create a new one.
