Adagio install hangs at 'Downloading Nova PDF'. Cannot print any Adagio report.
I worked with network tech. We logged in as the domain admin. I uninstalled AdagioPDF, AdagioV3PDF and AP on both the new server and the workstation, and renamed the existing folders. We confirmed that there were no AV, firewalls or DNS filtering enabled. There was nothing to block the installation. I did a clean install on the workstation running the install file from the server. The installation hangs at the point of ‘Downloading Nova PDF’, just like many times before.
The only option is to End Task the installation. When I re-run the installation or run the workstation setup, it skips this Nova PDF section and looks like it completes the installation. When I attempt to print any Adagio reports, I get an error similar to the following:

The table could not be found
I noticed that the ‘\Softrak\system\AdagioPDF’ folder was missing.
I tried copying the AdagioPDF folder from my local computer. Did not resolve problem.
I tried running ADagioV3PDF.exe and AdagioPDF.exe in the AdagioPDF folder. Did not resolve problem.
My next steps are to try running the novaPDF*.msi files in the AdagioPDF folder, but I am on guessing on what to do next.
Any thoughts on resolving this issue so Adagio can print reports?
