Dear Forum,

In Gridview, I am concatenating 3 Fields types (Text / Number / Date), however my date field {Date} is appearing as a number. = 45376

Function used = CONCATENATE()

Question : How to show {Date} = 45376 = 3/25/2024 nested inside the concatenated formula or even to make another calculated field that converts the Formatted Date to TEXT, then I concatenate that field instead.

'H00006 - Tracy Ann Wright - 8764339605- 45376 - $1500

Desired Result
'H00006 - Tracy Ann Wright - 8764339605- 3/25/2024 - $1500

Don’t use the DATE function. Instead use the YEARL, the MONTH and the DAY functions.

I could go into more details, but I think you can take it from here.

Three separate Calculated Columns did the trick.

DAY({Last Inv Date} )

MONTH({Last Inv Date} )

YEAR({Last Inv Date} )-100+2000


** For the YEAR, I had to do some additional math to get the 2024 **

Then I included all 3 Fields separated by "/" in the concatenation.

Working as it should now see fruits below..

A00006 - Ms Elleston - 8767588-24/6/2024 - $25868.5
A00007 - Mrs. Bernal - 8765492-20/2/2024 - $10866.66
A00008 - Mr Ervin - 876545-8/2/2024 - $9870
A00011 - Mrs. Archer - 8763704-18/3/2024 - $222900
A00012 - Mr. McFarlane, Ms Green - 8768031-27/6/2024 - $10048.89

I specifically wrote to use YEARL not YEAR. Then you wouldn’t have needed to do the extra work.
