Is there a way to edit the prior month Bank rec?
When I imported entries from the bank for June it accidently imported some of July. I thought I deleted all of them but checks written in June that cleared the bank in July cleared as part of the June Bank Rec.

Now as I import July statement those two checks import again and have nothing to clear against as they were already cleared. My Bank Rec won't balance since the value of those checks has not cleared.

The Bank Rec Report for end of June shows a bank balance that does not match the statement balance by these two checks as well.

Is there anyway I can redo/edit the bank rec in the prior month?

Braedon:

Highlight the two transactions on the left side, individually or via multi-select. Press the "Delete" key on your keyboard. To remove them entirely, click on the button labelled "Purge Deleted" at the top of the reconciliation screen. Note: The button is only visible when there are deleted records on the left-hand side.

I tried that... I does not work.

The problem appears to be that the difference between the Last Statement amount and the current Statement amount does not match the amount of items marked as cleared.
It is only a Right Side thing causing the issue.

The Last Statement amount matches the last month bank statement and cannot be edited. When I print the Bank reconciliation report for June it does not show this balance it shows the balance after the July items are cleared.

Braedon:

That sounds like a normal reconciliation process. It might be a good time to ask your Adagio consultant for some assistance to complete that reconciliation.
