My system died and had to reinstall all modules on a new system. Everything works except printing reports from TB (9.2A 180717). When I print reports (screen, printer and PDF) the application shuts down. The only printing that works is exporting to Excel. All other modules report printing works

Until your workstation died, you may not have been concerned about the Windows 22H2 Update.

There is a known issue with this Windows update, usually with Windows 11, and Crystal Reports. We are working our way through the product line to release Service Packs for this problem. A Service pack for Time&Billing 9.2A is in the queue.

The new machine is Win11, did not know of all the issues. Good to know Softrack is working on a fix. I'll use the Excel export feature in the mean time

I don't work for Softrak, but I can reasonably guarantee you that it will be a very long time before Softrak fixes the Win11 22H2 issue with TimeBilling reports.

I strongly recommend you swap out Win11 22H2, and replace it with Win11 21H2 or Windows 10.
