A client running is running Office 365 in 32-bit mode.
Their IT Technician just called.
They want to migrate up to the 64-bit version of Office.
Will there be any issues with Adagio should we go ahead with this?

Hello Sam,

For Email and ExcelDirect, you will want them to stick to 32x. Adagio is not compatible with the 64x.

We have been using Office 365 64 bit for years now without any problem.

I agree with Patricia. I have Office 365 here (now Microsoft wants us to call it "Microsoft 365"). All products are 64-bit versions and I can email through Outlook and ExcelDirect to Excel successfully. I'll bet 95% of my clients use the 64-bit versions.

This is a critical issue where we need to be very clear. If there's some function that's not 64-bit compliant, we all need to know.

Hello Bruce,

From the information I have, Email from Adagio with x64 will only work if it is Direct.

I will forward this question to R&D.

Not true. The current versions of Adagio work just fine when using the Outlook emailing option with 64bit Outlook. However, in some cases, it wants to prompt to "Allow" the message each time. However, you need a fully installed version of Outlook. Not the lesser versions that don't include the full exe's.
