When doing a manual check batch import from excel, the first cash invoice payable amount enters 5 cents more than the actual value. All the other values are correct. I have tried different excel formats and files, but it keeps happening which makes me think it is something within Adaggio. Is there a setting that needs to be changed?

While inflation is a worry these days, Adagio does not have a built-in "inflation-factor" when importing. There's something odd about either the input file or the import template.This question can't be answered without seeing those two elements, therefore I suggest asking your Adagio consultant to take a look.
