Adagio Receivables supports multiple contacts for a customer. Each contact can have two phone numbers.
Since a cell phone is associated with an individual, rather than a company, why would you not place the cell number on a contact record.
If the cell number is the primary contact number for a small company, but they have a corporate switchboard, the swap the two numbers - placing the main number in a contact record.
Adding a field to the customer record requires updating all the modules that reference the customer:
- Receivables
- OrderEntry
- BankRec
- Invoices
- SalesAnalysis
- Time&Billing
