Lanpak upgrade went well.

However, upon attempting to upgrade from GL 9.3A to GL 9.3B the system hangs when it needs to download the Crystal Support file. Tried this twice.

Any thoughts?

Temporarily disable the anti virus software, and if necessary uninstall it.

The worst offender is Trend Micro, but others will cause this issue.
