Your effort to explain this is appreciated, but I am not sure the first issue is something that can be answered in our forum easily. You might want to discuss this with your Adagio consultant, who can log in and see what you are trying to accomplish with his/her eyes.
As for number two, documentation charges are almost certainly better handled as a miscellaneous charge rather than as a non stock part number. Miscellaneous charges don't ask for a quantity, and don't have a cost.
