We just ran into a small problem in IC (210526) in printing the Audit List reports today. Sept. 30 is the last day of the 1/4 and the last day of our fiscal year. The Year End Processing function was performed before printing the Audit List reports. After year end was performed, the Audit Lists had the Print & Preview buttons grayed out and gave the message "There is no Receipt Audit list to print". See the attached file. Of course this is easy to rectify by restoring the backup and printing the Audit lists. The data passed DIC. Of course it would save time if the Year End required the printing of the Audit lists first.

Audit Lists are not cleared after they are printed in Inventory 93A. Year end is now the only function that does clear them.

Instead of requiring that they be printed at Year End, Inventory has been updated to assign a posting sequence to a posting. There are Report Options to 'Auto print audit list after post?' that include 'Last sequence only'. Report Favorites and Report Sets can be created to print the Audit Lists.

There is also a Warning that they will be purged on the Year End Process window.

These changes have been made so that Inventory will behave the same way as other Adagio modules do.
