Here is what our Customer Service Department has responded with, regarding your request:
"Yes, he can purchase replacement disks as long as he can provide proof of purchase. We accept 3 items as proof of purchase:
1. Copy of the original registration
2. Copy of the original invoice of purchase
3. Copy of the disk/CD.
We can provide replacement disks for any version of Quik Reports (though if he has an older version he should upgrade). Replacement disks cost $50 each.
If he is looking to purchase QRWin rplc disks, then he will have to be registered with current version to purchase rplc disks for $50. If he has an older version or revision of QRwin then he will need to purchase an upgrade - $420 (Canadian) / $300 (US)."
