how do I create a new folders 2021 for all the sub ledgers to keep the pdf posting
2021/ledger/data and 2021/AP/data..these were automatically created by Adagio but can't find the "button" to create them

There is a year end archive process for the DocStorage folder containing your attached documents, but not really for the four preset folders for Reports that are ePrinted. The simplest thing to do would be to rename the main REPORTS folder in your data to Reports_2020 and then ePrint will automatically recreate the Reports folder and it's subfolder structure as you ePrint new reports.
