Without knowing any other details of this, it is hard to say whether or not this message is actually being returned by QR or WSM.
Is this the exact message you are getting?
There are several similar messages listed in the WSM manual, however, the closest one that QR would give is "Cannot open log file" and this message is returned when the system could not access a file called CONVERT.LOG. This file is created by QR when converting 6.0x reports to a newer version & resides in the QRASP directory.
Please give specific details of the exact message, exactly at what point it occurs and is QR being used in a Multi-user environment? Is it installed on the Server? or is this a standalone environment? Are you in process of converting report(s) or what?
What version and release date of QR are you using? WSM? Application(s) that your reports are based on?
Sometimes, just rebooting your computer will help. It does not take long to reinstall QR, so if you wish to try this (if rebooting does not help), then this would be a good place to start, however, please be aware that if you reinstall QR, any 3rd Party software that is being used in your reports must also be re-installed.
