I know my accountants can use Caseware to read my Adagio files, but which file(s) do I need to send them?

Backup your Ledger database and send that to them.

so the zipped file named BKGLxxx_Clean that comes off the back of my verification will do the trick?

verification? who typed that? how about 'data integrity check'... d'oh!

that would work or you could just use Adagio's menu = File | Backup | Ledger
